Hi,
I was very sad to find that Pesce has changed name, menu and chef. Does anyone know where to find the previous Chef? I believe his name was Wade. I had one of the best meals of my life when he was chef at Pesce and would love to visit wherever he is working now. Thanks.

One of the best in Harrisburg, service is excellent. The menu can please every palette, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly reccommend Chef Wade’s paella, a heaping portion of some of the freshest seafood around. The beet and goat cheese salad is so light and crisp and refreshing, perfect for lunchtime. They also carry a fine collection of wines and premium beers on tap. Beautiful decor, the ambience is breath taking at night with the candles lit.
