We had a pretty dissappointing experience here. It might be the best Italian food in the area, but I hope not. What we had didn’t knock our socks off in any way. It wasn’t bad, but it was certainly over-priced. We also reviewed our meal on our blog about vegetarian dining in Harrisburg at http://veggiehbg.blogspot.com
IMHO, best Italian in the area (I consider Manga Qui to be more Tuscan, and not what people traditionally think of as Italian . . . pasta and what not). Their sauce (Cantones) is to die for. Have been a couple of times and I’ve had my socks knocked of each time. In fact, that reminds me, I need to go there again soon . . . really good.
I’ve only sat in the bar area, though, which is not quiet. Not sure what the dining room experience is like, but if your number one concern is food, you won’t be disappointed.
