While the atmosphere and service was stellar, my choice in selection had alot to be desired. A disclaimer should be placed next to the ‘Sesame Paradise’ (Sesame shrimp with scallops): “not for the dentally-challenged!” LOL! Chef Wong’s of Harrisburg takes crispy to new heights. It was so overdone, I spent most of my time trying to navigate my way through each bite. As a New Yorker, perhaps I am spoiled and accustomed to having Sesame Shrimp done just right. In the Cuisine Capital of the World, we also serve an entire portion of Sesame Shrimp. Very wise of them to mix half a portion with sesame-seasoned scallops.
