My fiance and I have eaten here several times since it opened. I used to work for a Mexican restaurant in Arizona and I haven’t been able to find anywhere that has food remotely similar in style and taste. This place certainly has it! I love the shredded beef burritos, rice and the bean dip! For all the times we have eaten there, we have only received mediocre service once and have not waited more than 5 minutes (on a busy night) for a table. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Mexican and Southwestern food.

My hubby and I ate there sans children last week. We loved the atmosphere/decor inside. Even though the place wasn’t busy, we were passed by several times before we were finally seated. Once seated, we decided two bowls of chips and salsa do not go very far. We loved the food, though, especially the Molcajete. We would go back again.

Ate there twice — once when it first opened and again in February. Both times were miserable. The service was terrible. We ate there a second time because we wanted to give them a second chance after our first visit bombed.

I much prefer El Rodeo in Lancaster.

We ate there last Friday night as part of a celebration. We had 8 adults and 3 children as part of our entourage. We only waited about 20 min for our table and spent some time at the bar. I love El Rodeo so Fiesta Mexico is the same thing but much larger and nicer. They might even have a few items on the menu that do not exist in their other restaurants. I had the Jose’s Combo which was 2 enchiladas (chicken and beef) a hard taco and 2 taquitos.

This is a really fun restaurant for kids too. It does get loud on the weekend nights so any “kid noise” will get drowned out.
