My fiance and I have eaten here several times since it opened. I used to work for a Mexican restaurant in Arizona and I haven’t been able to find anywhere that has food remotely similar in style and taste. This place certainly has it! I love the shredded beef burritos, rice and the bean dip! For all the times we have eaten there, we have only received mediocre service once and have not waited more than 5 minutes (on a busy night) for a table. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Mexican and Southwestern food.

My hubby and I ate there sans children last week. We loved the atmosphere/decor inside. Even though the place wasn’t busy, we were passed by several times before we were finally seated. Once seated, we decided two bowls of chips and salsa do not go very far. We loved the food, though, especially the Molcajete. We would go back again.

Ate there twice — once when it first opened and again in February. Both times were miserable. The service was terrible. We ate there a second time because we wanted to give them a second chance after our first visit bombed.

I much prefer El Rodeo in Lancaster.

We ate there last Friday night as part of a celebration. We had 8 adults and 3 children as part of our entourage. We only waited about 20 min for our table and spent some time at the bar. I love El Rodeo so Fiesta Mexico is the same thing but much larger and nicer. They might even have a few items on the menu that do not exist in their other restaurants. I had the Jose’s Combo which was 2 enchiladas (chicken and beef) a hard taco and 2 taquitos.

This is a really fun restaurant for kids too. It does get loud on the weekend nights so any “kid noise” will get drowned out.

I don’t understand why people are so dissappointed. Whether anyone realizes or not they are the same people who own El Rodeo. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the food is wonderful. The prices are so low… a diner can barely compare. If you look at price versus quality you are making out in the end. I feel the drinks are a little high priced and there can be some issues with the service but otherwise I have returned multiple times and have never had any issues that weren’t normal in a Mexican restaurant.

Decided to try it on a Saturday night. We were told the wait would be 40 minutes, but we were seated in 35. First disappointment was that the very small bar was filled, and there was only one bartender serving an overflow crowd. The second disappointment was that they only allow two bowls of chips and salsa before charging for additional! We had a party of four that went through two bowls in no time. The third disappointment was the lack of Tequila in the Margaritas. I drink very little. One beer gives me a little buzz. Our entire party agreed that there was minimal or no tequila in the Margaritas. No one wanted to make an issue of this.

Dinner was fast, accurate and delicious. But based on our three strikes, we’ve decided to not return and try some other restaurants.

Couldnt wait for Fiesta Mexico to open their doors. So enjoyed our first visit that we have returned many times. From just a party of two to larger groups we have been seated promptly and served graciously, even when we had to park a good distance during the holidays which meant it was crowded. We were entertained by the roving band, which my 1 year old grand daughter loved. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food has always been excellent. The margaritas a great too.We will continue to be patrons as well as bringing in newcomers, tonight as a matter of fact.Check this place out I dont think you will be disappointed :)

Big selection to choose from but will NEVER return. There were two people in our party and our check included gratuity. When we questioned why the gratuity was included, since we didn’t have a large party, our server was very indignant and rude. Herbie’s Mexican restaurant in Steelton has service that surpasses Fiesta Mexican by far and the food is delicious.

Beautiful interior. Food was very good. We visited later in the evening so it was fairly quiet. I do understand it gets very loud earlier in the evening. The only problem with our dinner was they were out of Sangria and my partner had a Bloody Mary that was tasty but extremely small for the price.
