I had heard that el rodeo owns this and since my wife and I like el rodeo and we read ok reviews we figured we would try it…should have stuck with el rodeo,.. food was bland ,..fajitas texanas was all veg,..very little meat” compared to el rodeo, and lime margarita’s on the rocks were weak” oredered xtra sour cream,..wife ordered sour cream on side and neither of us got it..decor is nicer and bigger than el rodeo,.. dishes are about a buck cheaper,…but the food and service is better at el rodeo,..fiesta mexico will be a once and done for us…

My boyfriend and I just ate there this evening for the first time. everything was wonderful. the service was quick, the food was hot and delicious and my margarita had plenty of tequila.where else can you get 2 dinners, one dessert and 2 alcohol drinks for 32 bucks!! i will be going back to this place. as to them also maybe being owned by el rodeo, i will say i thought their menus were very similar although i have only be to the other place once also. overall: enjoyable, delicious and affordable.

I have eaten at Fiesta Mexico several times, and have never been less than delighted. Great portions; superb cuisine. The fajitas, which I don’t normally order, were so complete and filling that I will order them from now on. You never run out.

That said, I’m compelled to respond to what Rick had to say about servers speaking English. I believe that’s a fair expectation when you’re eating in the Harrisburg area. Period.

Ate here for the first time in October. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and when I asked for hot sauce they gave me a choice of “house made” or bought…..no extra charge….of course I went with house which was tasty. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is timely. The decorations, language, etc made it feel very much like being in Mexico. Muy Bueno

My boyfriend is from San Diego and loves Mexican food…but he’s not thrilled with Pennsylvania’s Mexican restaurants. We gave Fiesta a try and he really liked it. He had the mas grande platter or something like that. Whatever it was called it was a HUGE amount of food for only $10.99. I had potato enchiladas…why I don’t know…but they were pretty tasty. We liked the Mexican garden atmosphere of the whole place. I read in another post that the people who own El Rodeo also own Fiesta. Funny, I don’t like El Rodeo at all, but I enjoyed Fiesta. Go figure.

My husband and I went there with our three year old for the first time Wednesday night and we were not disappointed. The inside is beautiful and I love how they have it decorated for Christmas, the tree in the middle is lovely. Even with the three of us eating the chips and salsa we had plenty and didn’t even consider asking for a second basket of chips.
The food was delicious and we’ll definitely be going back!

Several of my friends and I have plans to eat here for the first time. We can’t wait. We’ve heard alot of positive things about the restaurant. Steve…. how can you have a problem going to a Mexican restaurant and complaining about their English? Geez. It adds to the authenticity !

You are probably the type that would go to Mexico and demand that the servers speak to you in English so you aren’t uncomfortable.

I have been here multiple times, and have never had any issues. My friends and I never had to wait to be seated. We had great service. Food was great. We usually never go through the 2 bowls of chips and salsa, the one time we did our food was already at the table and there was no need for them. We will continue to go here and I will continue to bring more friends and family here.

i disagree big time.. my family lives about an hour away and when we go out to eat thats the one place we all agree on. The establishment is super clean.the staff is so friendly and will go out of there way to make sure you meal is made exactly like you want it..my family has gonna there since they have opened and will continue to go there in the future.. i guess with such different points of view you just have to try it for yourself

I was so excited about eating here and than what a big let down. Food was o.k. Service was absolutely horrible, drinks way overpriced and hardly any alcohol in them. As far as the chips and salsa, if you don’t want to give that many away free, don’t do it at all. When service is slow and I mean slow, you need more chips and salsa. Also if you want to own a restaurant in U.S. please learn to speak the language because I’m not learning Spanish. English is the spoken language in America.
