    I think Morgan’s is the best kept river-front secret in Harrisburg. IMO the deck is much nicer than the Wormleysburg places, and it’s generally pretty easy to get a good seat. Yeah, the road is between you and the river, but it’s not that bad, and the view is very serene.

    The food’s been fine every time I’ve been. Nothing special, but nothing bad. I’ve stayed with the basic bar food menu, but someone had the stuffed flounder once when I was with them and it was pretty good.
