The Paxtang Grill is a top notch local bar and grill. I have been going there since I’ve been a kid. I’ve grown up around the staff practically. It says a lot about a business when the faces hardly change. The food is great, great, great!!!! The service is friendly and all the servers make an effort to really get to know you. I can’t compare any place to the Grill. Try the Mediterranean Filet. It’s a Filet Mignon with a Greek flare. You must try the house dressing they make. It’s a Greek to die for dressing, so addictive and you can purchase it in bottles. Where else can you get a Filet with two sides for 14.95??? Nik is the owner and he is usually around Mondays and Weekends. He frequents the dining room a lot in his apron or sometimes he just mingles with the crowd. If you are looking for a local vibe with a great value priced menu and wonderful flavors stop in. I highly recommend it.

It seems Nick wants to just mingle and have cocktails instead ofman the kitchen the way he used to. The food was much better then. My wife and I have made the longer drive the the “Wharf” for a revamped menu. Good stuff.
