Had the lump crabmeat. Excellent food. A little expensive, but worth the extra $.

Had the deviled crabs. GREAT! A little expensive, but definitely one of the best restaurants in the area for good food. I know some people who own restaurants that go there for food.

Nice atmosphere…nothing too special. For the money, there are far better places to eat. I think of this as an older person’s place for a nice dinner. Nothing too special and nothing that leaves me ever going ‘wow’! I’ve never had a terrible meal there, but I wouldn’t recommend it, if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary.

Only had one experience at the Tavern on the Hill, but I had some of the best duck I’ve ever had there. I won’t give it five stars based on only one visit, but I’m confident it’s prolly better than the four I gave it.
